The Ministry is headed by the General Superintendent, Rev. (Dr.) Benjamin Kolawole AKINTOLA.

The Ministry has a Board of Trustees Council and they include: Rev. (Dr.) Benjamin Kolawole AKINTOLA – The General Superintendent; Pastor Jacob Babatope APATA – the Secretary; Pastor Fadayomi OLOYEDE – an Elder and Pastor Oladele Thompson JEJE – The Programs Coordinator

The Ministry further has The Overseer Council which comprise of the General Superintendent and the Regional Overseers and they include: Rev. (Dr.) Benjamin Kolawole AKINTOLA – The General Superintendent; Pastor Gabriel AREGBESOLA – Adebayo Region; Pastor Johnson OLOFE – Ireje Region (Acting); Pastor Jacob Babatope APATA – Ilawe Region; Pastor Oladele Thompson JEJE – Ijero Region; Pastor Ebenezer KEHINDE – Ifaki Region; and Pastor Oladele OWEBOR – Lagos Region
